At Voyage Maison, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor isn't quite right, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
